Rejet - with the Raask pipe

Last week I installed the beautiful Raask pipe, then removed white spacer to get rid of backfiring, but I stil have enormous and embarring farting and some backfiring. Spacer trick didn't satisfy me. Adjusting the airscrew doesn't seem to be sufficient.
I will now try to install a bigger main jet.
Dunno which main jet size is in it now, but I guess 145...and that I should go up to 152 or 155.

My question: Anyone with the Raask pipe can give me some tips on how to adjust the jetting the best way with the Raask.
Any other recommendations? Another air filter? Should I check the spark after rejetting to determine if it is OK?
